Built for Trainers. Ready for Real Visibility.

Train Lens is a live training command center that lets trainers see multiple trainee screens at once, coach 1:1 privately, and verify skills in real time, so people leave training confident and ready.

Whether you’re onboarding cohorts, rolling out systems, or enabling teams across locations, Train Lens helps you reduce repeat sessions and ramp faster.

Our Mission: Training That Builds Confidence

Training shouldn’t end with “I think I get it.” It should end with “I can do it.”

Train Lens exists to help training teams turn live sessions into real skill, using visibility and private coaching during practice, not after the fact.

Why Train Lens Exists

Most training still relies on slides, demos, and one-at-a-time screen sharing. That works for discussion, but it breaks down when training is hands-on. Trainers can’t see who’s stuck, learners hesitate to speak up, and “quick sessions” turn into repeat training later.

Train Lens gives trainers the missing piece: real-time visibility into practice, with private 1:1 support that doesn’t interrupt the group.

Our Story

Train Lens started with a simple observation: when training is hands-on and system-based, trainers need visibility. Without it, training slows down, mistakes compound quietly, and teams lose time to retraining.

We built Train Lens to bring back the “walk the room” feeling, even when trainees are remote, hybrid, or spread across locations.

"We know what retail training feels like, because we’ve been there ourselves. That’s why we built Train Lens for people who need training to work, and help them to be successful."

What We Believe About Modern Training

  • Visibility matters: Trainers should be able to see progress as it happens.

  • Coaching should be private: Help shouldn’t feel like a spotlight moment.

  • Practice beats attendance: Showing up isn’t the same as being ready.

  • Consistency scales: The same training standard should work across locations and cohorts.

  • Privacy comes first: Train Lens is built for live training sessions, not surveillance.
