Our Story

We started Train Lens because we saw how much retail teams were struggling to keep up with new technology, processes, and seasonal onboarding. Video calls weren’t enough because they didn’t give trainers the visibility or control needed for true hands-on learning.

So we set out to build something better: a tool that empowers retailers to deliver effective, engaging training remotely, at scale.

With more than a decade in software development, he’s focused on creating tech that truly supports retail teams.

Mike has experience working in the retail sector and has gone through training as a frontline team member. He has also experienced what it's like to be the trainer of remote staff who are located all over the world.

 

With over 15 years of involvement in startups, he’s dedicated to building solutions that actually help people succeed.
