Our commitment

eGame Studio LLC, doing business as Train Lens, is committed to providing a website and training platform that are accessible to as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.

We want visitors, trainers, administrators, and trainees to be able to understand, navigate, and interact with Train Lens using the devices, browsers, and assistive technologies that work best for them.

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. We will continue reviewing and improving our website and platform as the product, content, and applicable standards evolve.

Measures to support accessibility

We take measures designed to improve accessibility, including:

  • Using semantic headings and meaningful page structure
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Supporting keyboard navigation
  • Providing visible keyboard-focus indicators
  • Using descriptive links, buttons, and form labels
  • Maintaining readable text sizes and line spacing
  • Considering color contrast when selecting text, interface, and background colors
  • Avoiding reliance on color alone to communicate important information
  • Providing clear form instructions, required-field labels, and submission feedback
  • Testing pages across different screen sizes and responsive layouts
  • Reviewing content with automated tools and manual checks
  • Providing a way for visitors to report accessibility barriers

We also consider accessibility when adding new pages, features, images, forms, and interactive components.

Standards and conformance status

Our goal is to work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

WCAG provides internationally recognized recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

The Train Lens website has undergone internal automated and manual accessibility checks. However, it has not yet undergone a complete independent WCAG conformance audit. We therefore do not currently claim full conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Compatibility and technical information

The Train Lens website is designed for use with current versions of commonly used web browsers and assistive technologies.

Accessibility features may depend on support for:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript
  • WAI-ARIA
  • Modern browser accessibility APIs

Older browsers, unsupported devices, disabled JavaScript, browser extensions, or unusual combinations of assistive technology and browser software may affect how some content or controls operate.

Links to third-party websites and services are governed by those organizations. We cannot control the accessibility of external content, but we welcome reports about barriers encountered while following a link from Train Lens.

Known limitations

We are not currently aware of a confirmed accessibility barrier that prevents general use of the Train Lens marketing website. However, automated tools and internal reviews cannot identify every possible issue, and some visitors may encounter barriers we have not yet discovered.

The Train Lens platform is also continuing to evolve. New features and interfaces may require further testing and improvement as they are introduced.

If you encounter a problem, contact us so we can investigate it and, where reasonably possible, provide information or assistance in another format.

Feedback and assistance

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of the Train Lens website and platform.

When reporting an accessibility problem, it is helpful to include:

  • The page or feature involved
  • A description of the problem
  • The browser and device being used
  • Any assistive technology being used

You are not required to provide information about a disability or medical condition.

Email accessibility feedback to contact@trainlens.com. We aim to acknowledge accessibility enquiries within five business days and will work to address confirmed barriers as reasonably and promptly as possible.

If you need information in another format or require assistance accessing information about Train Lens, contact us and describe the format or assistance you need.

Assessment and ongoing improvement

Train Lens currently assesses accessibility through self-evaluation, including automated site checks, keyboard-navigation reviews, responsive-layout reviews, content-structure checks, and manual inspection.

We plan to continue reviewing the website and platform as content and functionality change. We may also obtain additional testing or independent assessment as the product and organization grow.

This statement will be updated when our accessibility practices, assessment status, contact details, or applicable standards materially change.
