No. Train Lens does not give the trainer remote control of your mouse, keyboard or computer. Screen sharing lets the trainer see the content you choose to share.
The trainer can look at your shared screen and explain what to do. You carry out the steps on your own computer.
If an instruction is unclear, ask the trainer to explain it before continuing. You can stop sharing at any time.
