Why Train Lens asks for your name

Your name helps the trainer identify you during the live session, including when viewing shared screens or responding to a help request.

Enter your name

1. Open the Train Lens session link supplied by your trainer.
2. Find the name field on the joining screen.
3. Enter the name your trainer will recognize.
4. Review the name for typing errors.
5. Select Enter session to continue into the session.

If your name is not accepted

Read any message shown on the joining screen and check the name you entered. Remove accidental spaces or unsupported characters if instructed to do so.

You will not be able to enter the Train Lens session without entering a name.

If you still cannot continue, tell your trainer what appears on the screen.

What should I do next?

After entering the session, continue with Share and stop sharing your screen when your trainer asks you to share.
