Join a Train Lens session from your link

Before you open the link

Your trainer will send you a link for the Train Lens session you are attending. You do not need to create the training session or a Train Lens account yourself.

Before opening the link, have the software or materials required for your training ready and close unrelated or private information that you do not want to appear if you later share your screen.

Open the session link

1. Find the Train Lens session link sent by your trainer.
2. Open the link in a browser supported by your organization.
3. Wait for the Train Lens joining screen to load.
4. Check that the page appears to be for the session you expected to join before continuing.

If the link does not open

• Check that you opened the complete link sent by the trainer.
• Try opening the link again in the supported browser used for your training.
• Confirm that your internet connection is working.
• If the link still does not open, contact your trainer and ask them to confirm that you have the correct session link.
