Explain Train Lens to trainees, set clear screen-sharing expectations and share everything they need before the session begins.
Trainees are more comfortable using Train Lens when they understand why it is being used and what will happen during the session.
Send joining information early enough for trainees to read the instructions and raise any questions before training begins.
Tell trainees that Train Lens helps you follow their progress while they complete hands-on work inside software.
Explain that this allows you to identify problems and provide support without repeatedly stopping the entire group.
Before the session, make sure trainees understand that:

Before joining, trainees should:
Tell trainees how the help-request feature will be used during the session.
A trainee can activate a help request when assistance is needed and clear it when the problem has been resolved or support is no longer required.
This allows you to identify who needs help without interrupting the entire group.
Ask trainees to open the joining link a few minutes before the scheduled start time.
This gives them time to enter their name, handle any browser prompts and resolve simple access problems before training begins.
You will receive a Train Lens link for this training session. Train Lens allows me to see the screen you choose to share while you complete the exercises, so I can identify where support is needed. Your screen is not recorded, other trainees cannot see it and you can stop sharing at any time. Please join a few minutes early, enter your name and have the training software ready.
Once the trainees have received their joining information, review the guide for opening your live training session.
