Reset or change your password?

If you have forgotten your password and cannot sign in, you need help recovering access to your trainer account.

Recover access to your account

1. Open the trainer sign-in page using the address provided with your account instructions.
2. Click Forgot Password? below the Password field.
3. Complete the prompt and follow the steps.

Do not share your password or any recovery code when asking for help.

Check that you can sign in

After your password has been reset, return to the trainer sign-in page and sign in with your updated details. Check that you can reach the trainer dashboard.

If your browser fills in an older saved password, replace it with the new password before trying again.

Change your password

If you are already signed in and want to change your password, open the Settings tab on the main trainer dashboard. Read Update your trainer profile for guidance.

If you still cannot sign in

Read Troubleshoot trainer sign-in problems and make a note of the message you see.
