Update your trainer profile

Before you begin

Sign in to your Train Lens trainer account and open the main trainer dashboard. You can update your name and password from the Settings tab.

If you cannot sign in because you have forgotten your password, read Reset your password first.

Update your name

1. On the main trainer dashboard, open the Settings tab.
2. Find your name and enter the name you want to use.
3. Complete any steps shown in Settings to apply the change.
4. Check that Settings shows your updated name.

Change your password

1. Open the Settings tab on the main trainer dashboard.
2. Find the password settings.
3. Complete the requested fields and follow any password requirements shown.
4. Complete the steps shown to apply the password change and check for confirmation that it succeeded.

If you see an error, read it before trying again. Do not assume the password changed if the update was not confirmed.

What should I do next?

Use your updated password the next time you sign in. If your browser saves passwords, make sure it uses the updated one.
