Who can see a trainee's shared screen?

Your shared screen is visible to the trainer

When you share your screen in Train Lens, the trainer can see the content you choose to share. This helps the trainer follow your progress and offer guidance.

Other trainees do not see your shared screen. You also do not see the screens shared by other trainees.

Keep shared content focused on training

Even though other trainees cannot see your screen through Train Lens, your trainer can see the content you share. Close private documents and unrelated applications before starting.

If you are the trainer, avoid showing trainee screens through a separate meeting, projection or screen-sharing tool. You should also take similar care when sharing your screen with your trainees.
