Access your Train Lens trainer account

Before you begin

You need access to a Train Lens trainer account to create and manage training sessions. Use a desktop or laptop computer; mobile phones and tablets are not currently supported.

A trainee joining link opens a particular training session. It is not the route to your trainer dashboard.

Prepare your account access

1. Find the trainer account details and sign-in instructions you received when access was arranged.
2. If you have not received them, contact the person who arranged your Train Lens access and ask how to obtain a trainer account.
3. Open the trainer sign-in address supplied with those instructions.
4. Follow Sign in to your trainer account to complete sign-in.

Check that you have reached your trainer dashboard before preparing a live session.

If you cannot access your account

If you do not know whether you have a trainer account, confirm that first with the person who arranged your access. If you have an account but cannot sign in, read Troubleshoot trainer sign-in problems.
