Sign in to your trainer account

Before you sign in

You need access to a Train Lens trainer account before you can create or manage training sessions.

Have the sign-in details provided by your organization ready. If you have not yet received access, contact the person who manages Train Lens for your organization before continuing.

Open the Train Lens sign-in page

1. Open the browser you use for Train Lens. We recommend Google Chrome, although other supported browsers may also be used.
2. Go to the Train Lens sign-in page.
3. Confirm that the Train Lens sign-in screen appears before entering any account information.

Enter your trainer account details

1. Enter the account information requested on the sign-in screen.
2. Review the information for typing errors.
3. Click the Sign-in button on the page to continue.

Confirm that sign-in was successful

After a successful sign-in, you should reach the trainer area of Train Lens.

Before continuing, confirm that you can see the trainer dashboard.

If you cannot sign in

Check the following before trying again:

• You are using the correct trainer sign-in page supplied by your organization.
• You entered the requested account information correctly.
• Your internet connection is working.
• Your trainer account has been activated and you have been given access to Train Lens.

If you need to reset your password, click the Forgot Password? link that sits below the Password field.

If you still cannot sign in, contact the person who manages Train Lens access for your organization and note any message shown on the screen.
