Every Train Lens session includes a trainer and one or more trainees. Each role has different controls and responsibilities.

During a live session, the trainer can:
The trainer cannot begin viewing a trainee's screen until that trainee actively shares it.
A trainee joins the session using the link supplied by the trainer.
During the session, a trainee can:
The trainee remains in control of their computer throughout the session.
Trainees do not see the screens shared by other trainees.
Shared screens are visible to the trainer so they can follow progress and provide support without exposing a trainee's work to the rest of the group.
No. Train Lens provides the trainer with visibility into screens that trainees have chosen to share. It does not give the trainer remote control of a trainee's mouse, keyboard or computer.
